A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC U'fl[]HTY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purpo~es, to wit: An easement for
Publ1c Util~ty Purposes . and

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is f~r the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of URICH'S SERVE YOURSELF

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for Public Utility PurPOSts
, and more particularly descri ed as follows:
An easement for publio utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly five feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, desoribed as follows:
The Northerly 216 feet measured at right angles from
the center line of Lincoln Avenue, of the Westerly
190 feet, measured at right angles, from the oenter line
of Brookhurst street, of Lot 4 in Blook "AM of 'fraot
No. 13, as shawn on a map thereof recorded in Book 9,
page 12 of Misoellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, aocepted by the City Counoil of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim aocept a convey-
anoe of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
