A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purOhasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and Public
Oltlli ty purposes ; . and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FAY BETTS and
~N BETTS, husband and wife
td sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of AnaheimJ County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road ann public utility purposes
, and more particularly desoribed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes,
over, under and across the northerly ten (10)
feet of the southerly forty (40) feet of that
paroel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange,State of California, desoribed
as follows:
The South 180 feet of the West One Half of the
sWi, SEt, SWl of Seotion 2 Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
EXCEPTING therefrom the East 266 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, aocepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim aocept a convey-
anoe of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
o~ers of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars (~l.OO).
