OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT D~D CONVE11NG
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
FOR AN EASEMENT ~ PUBLIC ROA,p. AND :EUGIlWAY
PUBPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter d~soribed real property
f~r publio purposes, to wit: An easement for public road
and highway purposes : . and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to acoept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of B,lCHFIELD O~ COaPORATTnlT
to sell to the City of Anaheim the follo~ng desoribed real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public road and hl~hwa~ ~u:r.poses
