1953-2152RESOLUTION NO. 2152 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISH- ING OF GASOLINE TO THE CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1953 -5 WHEREAS, the City Council requested bids to be submitted for the furnishing of all gasoline required by the City for the fiscal year 1953 -54; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: TANK WAGON TRUCK TRAILER REGULAR ETHYL REGULAR ETHYL TROUTMAN SCHOLZ .1875 .1975 .180 .190 HOME OIL COMPANY .1885 .2085 .181 .201 SEASIDE OIL COMPANY .191 .211 UNION OIL COMPANY .206 .201 .186 .196 and WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Troutman Scholz is the lowest responsible bid submitted for the furnishing of all gaso- line to the City for the fiscal year 1953-54. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the bid of Troutman Scholz for the furnishing of all gasoline required by the City of Anaheim for the fiscal year 1953 -5 at the prices hereinabove set forth be, and the same is hereby, accepted, and that the contract for fur- nishing said gasoline be, and the same is hereby, awarded to said Troutman Scholz.
