97-024WHEREAS, a certain deed, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference (hereinafter DEED) has been
presented to the City of Anaheim as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to accept DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that this DEED described in Exhibit A be, and
is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of
this resolution to Chicago Title Company for recording in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of March
