RESOLUTION No. 5101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP~RTY FOR AN
EASE~~NT FOR ROAD OR HIGHWAY PURPQSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road or highway
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LINTON H. COLLIER and
DOROTHY E. COLLIER, husband and wife, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following desoribed real property situated in the
Coun:ty of Orange, state of California and more partioularly
described as follows, to-wit:

A strip of land one llundred (100) feet in
width and being fifty (50) feet on each side
of the following desoribed oenter line:
Beginning at the South one-quarter corner
of Section 22, T. 4, S. R. 10 W., San Bernard-
ino Meridian, said corner being the intersection
of the center lines of Katella Avenue and Harbor
Boulevard; thence N. 00 14130" W., along the East
line of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of said
Section 22 and the center line of Harbor Boulevard,
a distance of 1321.35 feet to the Northeast corner
of the Southeast one-quarter (SE1/4) of the Southwest
one-quarter (SWl/4) of said Section 22.
PARCEL "C":
A strip of land one hundred ten (110) feet
in width and being sixty (60) feet on the West
side and fifty (50) feet on the East side of
the following described center line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast
one-quarter (ME 1/4) of the Southwest one-quarter
(SW 1/4) of Section 22, T.4 S., R. 10 W., San Bernard-
ino Me1"idian,said corner being 1n the center line of

East line of the Southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of

the City of Anaheim, and that the CitY! of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT ?URTHER RESOLVED that the qity Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is her~by, authorized to pay
out of the 1954 street Improvement Bo~d Fund, to the owners
of said real property or their author~zed representatives,
the Suill of One hundred and sixty six 4011ars and fifty
cents ($166.50).
THE FOHEGOING RESOLUTION is apprqved and signed
