A amOOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNTI~ OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANt DE~D CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN IilEAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASE~~NT FOR ROAD AND PU$LIC UTILITY
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the City Council ~f the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinaft~r described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An ease~ent for road and publio
utility purposes; and
WHE~S, the City Council ~f the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and'best interest of the
City of Anaheim to acoept said offerjand purohase said
real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer o~ STEPHEN J. TELIS~,
a married man, to sell to the City of!Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of Californi~, to be used for
road and public utility purposes, an~ more particularly
described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across a parcel of land being a portion of Lot 27,
Anaheim Extension, located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, state of California, more particularly desoribed
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly
right-of-way line of Cambridge Street, said point being distant
North 15023137" West 100 feet as measured along said Northerly
prolongation, from the Northerly line of Tract 1909 as shown
on a Map thereof recorded in Book 59, Pages 13 and 14 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Reoords of Orange County; thenoe North
15023137" West, 36.14 feet, along said Northerly prolongation
to a point of tangency with a curve, concave Southeasterly,
having a length of 34 feet, a radius of 50 feet and a central
angle of 39038146"; thence Northerly and Easterly 34.60
feet, along the last described curve to a point of reverse
curvature with a ourve, concave Nort~westerly and having a length
of 34.71 feet, a radius of 50 feet and a oentral angle of 390
461 09"; thence Northerly and Easterly 34.71 feet along the
last described curve to a point; thence South 790241 00" West
50 feet along a radius to the last described curve to a point;
thence continuing South 79024100A West 50 feet along a radius
of a curve, concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 50 feet,
a length of 34.49 feet and central angles of 39031125A to a
point on said curve; thence Southerly and Easterly 34.49
feet along said curve to a point of reverse curvature with a
curve, concave Southwesterly, having a radius of 50 feet,
a length of 34.60 feet and central angle of 39038'46"; thence
Southerly and Easterly 34.60 feet along the last desoribed curve
to a point of tangency with a line bearing South 15023'37"
East; thence to a point of tangency with a line bearing South
150 23' 37" East; thence South 15023' 37" East 36.25 feet
to a point; thence North 740 29' oO~ East 54 feet to the point
of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, aUthorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of Peneral Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
