tract awarded to it in accordance therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that the above mentioned sealed eroPoeal is the loweat, responible
propoeal receive d. and that the firm ubmitt said. proposal is a
rese,)onsible firm and that the proposal submitted is the one best
suited andfltted for the performance of the work hereinabove
mentioned. and described..

a contract in the form approved by the Ctty Attorney and upon the
proposals and. the C20 Ei eubmA.tted by it and. An accordance with
the terms, conditions and orovisions of this Resolution with. the
City of Anaheim and teat Atiantic-Pacifie Wrecking Co., Inc.
to whom teis contract is awerae a1I be required to furnish a
surety bond in the amount equal to one hundred der cent (100%) of
the contract price foe ell labor, materials and equipment to be
furnished and worTr, to be performed. as set forth tn the seaJed
pro submitted by sid bidder for the Performance of said work
together with the appurtenances thereto as security for the faith,-
ful oerformance of said contract nnd a separate surety bond in an
one hundred per eent (100%) of the Parts of said
said contract as security for the payment of all
persons oerforming labor or furnishing materials for said project.
