3 QUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.

5 WHEREAS, James F Log,ar and Olive Y. Lagar are the owner
6 of the hereinafter described real property situated within the
7 Ccunty of Oramee, ntate of California; an
8 WHERES, the owners of sai5 property have offered. to
9 sell said, property to the City of Anaheim for the sum of 417,500.00;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, the City Counell does find and determine that
12 the 7ublic interest and necessity require the acquisition of eaid
13 parcel of real proeerty. That said property is needed for neceesa
15 to accect is reasonable and not out of proportion to the reasonable
16 market value of scaid eropee y.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

AND BE IT FURTHR RESOLVED that the Sellers shall pay
the usual and customary Seller's charges for furnishing a policy
of title insurance necessary to show said title vested in the
flity of Anaheim as hereinabove proved, and that the City of
Anaheim shall pay the usual and customary BuyerTS charges in the
purchase of property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
