A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT D$;ED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN! REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PVBLIC UTILITIES

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter d~5cribed real property
fer public purposes, to wit: An easement for ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITIES t ,and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purChasb said real property_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ~TON W. PANNIER and

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, Cohnty of Orange, State of
California, to be used fbr road a%1 P~bll'iC utilities
, and more par cu arly descrioed as follows:
An easement for road and public utilities purposes,
over, under, across and through a portion of the
land described in deed recorded in aook 2724, Page 251
of Official Records, records of the County of Orange,
state of California, said land being located in the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of Seotion 23, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon ~e Santa Ana,
being partly in the City of Anaheim and all in the
County' of Orange of said State, des,cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said
Section 23 and the centerline of Ball Road that is
179.12 feet Westerly of the intersection of said
oenterline of Ball Road and the centerline of the
California Central Rai~way Company (now known as
the Santa Fe Railway Company) Right of Way; thenoe
oontinuing Westerly along said centerline of Ball
Road 35.33 feet; thence Southerly at right angles
to said centerline of Ball Road 50~OO feet; thence
Easterly and parallel with said centerline of Ball
Road 35.33 feet; thence Northerly at right angles to
said parallel line 50.00 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
EXOEPTING therefrom the northerly thirty (30) feet.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a oonvey-
ance of said property_
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, a~thorlzed to pay to the
awners of said real property, out of Ge~eral Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOa Dollars (~l.OO'.
