A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC~L OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT D~D CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT roR ROAD AND PVBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of tlle City of Anaheim is
desirous of purohasing the hereinafter d~scribed real property
fQr publio purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and Public
Utility Purooses :.and
WHEREAS, the City Council of t4e City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best inte~est of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purehas~ said real property~
by the City Counoil of
OLD G. RUND and
ows:
An easement for road and publtc utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 27 feet of a parcel
of land being a portion of Lot 27, Anaheim Extension,
located in the City of Anahei~, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly prolongation of
the centerline of Cambridge street, as shown on a
map of Tract 1909, r~corded i4 Book 59, pages 13 and
14 of Miscellaneous Maps, RecQrds of Orange County,
distant thereon North 15023137" West 100 feet from
the Northerly line of said Tract.1909; thence North
74029'00" East parallel with said Northerly line,
285 feet to the centerline of Lemon Street; thence
South 15023' 37" East, along said oenterline, 50 feet;
thence South 740 29' 00" West, perallel with said
Northerly line, 285 feet; thenoe North 15023'
37" West 50 feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thei City Treasurer of the
Cii.Y of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, auttorized to pay to the
~er8 of said real property, out of Gene al Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dol ars (~l.OO).
