A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CAUSING A RECORD OF CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELEOTION
TO BE ERTERED UPON ITS MINUTES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of ~aheim has canvassed the
returns of a certain special annexation el~tion held on the 17th day of
January, 1956, in certain unincorporated ttrritory sought to be annexed to
said City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has caused a record to be made of the
canvass of returns of said election, which record is entitled, "'RiCORD OF
CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION HELD JANUARY 17, 1956."
NOW, THEREFEJRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of AnaheiJn that said record of canvass of returns of said election be, and
the same is hereby ordered, entered upon the minute.s of said City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 24th
day of January, 1956.
