WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the herein- after described real property; and WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, DONALD R. BATES has made an offer to purchase said real property for the sum of $8,400.00, payable $2,800.00 in to accept said offer and sell and convey said real property to said DONALD R. BATES upon the terms and conditions hereinafter specified: NOW, THEREFORE, BE LT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the offer of DONALD R. BATES to purchase the hereinafter described real property for the sum of Eight Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($8,400.00) be accepted upon the following terms and conditions: 1. $2,800.00 cash to be submitted with the offer and the balance of $5,600.00 at the close of escrow. 2. That said property shall be sold subject to all con- ditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and rights of way of record; 3. That said property is sold upon the condition that it is to be used for industrial purposes; 4.
