WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 3
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 3 to the A §reement
for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Anaheim dated November 15, 1952
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that said Amendment Number 3 is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
