J. Noble Company, P.O. Box 620, Orange, California, for the fur- nishing of all labor, materials and equipment for said street improvement in accordance with the specifications entitled 'Speci- fications and Special Provisions for the improvement of West South Street from Los Angeles Street to Lemon Street and from Palm Street to Illinois Street, in the City of Anaheim, November, 1952, Project No. 32, Major City Streets" is the lowest responsible proposal -2- iL submitted for furnishing said labor, materials and equipment and 2 performing all work necessary for the improvement of West South Street from Los Angeles Street to Lemon Street and from Palm Street to Illinois Street in the City of Anaheim aforesaid, as specified 5 in the notice inviting sealed proposals and in the specifications 6 1 and special provisions for said improvement aforesaid, and that 7 8 9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the 10 City of Anaheim that the sealed proposal submitted by R. Noble Company be, and it is hereby, required to execute a contract in reouired form sat- isfactory to the City of Anaheim upon the terms and conditions specified in the notice inviting sealed proposals and the proposal submitted by it and in accordance with the specifications and special provisions hereinabove referred to and that said R. J. J.
