RESOLUTION NO. 3077
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purohasing the hereinafter described real property
fOr publio purposes, to wit: An easement for UTILITY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is f~r the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aooept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Florence Melrose Powers,
a married woman, as her sole and separa'(;4 properliY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following desoribed real prop-
8l"ty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public u~ility purposes
, and more partioularly desoribed as follows:
An eaement for public utility purposes over, under and
aoross the Easterly ten (10) feet of the following
described parcel of land, locate~ in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, Ste.te of California:
Beginninf at the Soutru~esG corner of Lot Two IDf the
Joseph Fiscus Subdivision, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 8, Page 73 of' Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California; thence Easterly along the
Southerly line of said lot Two, a distance of 631.68
feet, more or less, to a point; thence Northerly and
paral:Lel witn the West line of said Lot Two to the
North line thereof; thence Westerly along said North
line to the Southwest corner of said Lot Two; thence
Southerly along the West line of said Lot Two to the
point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the

of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOO Dollars (~l.OO).
