A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
ror public purposes, to wit: An easement for ROAD AND PUBLIC
TFT'TT.T'T'Y PlTRPOR;'-;S ; . and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is f~r the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and'purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across a parcel of land being a portion of Lot
27, Anaheim Extension, located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, state of California, more partioularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly prolongation of the
centerline of Cambridge street, said point being distant
North 15- 23' 37" West 200 feet, as measured along said
centerline, from the North line of Tract 1909, as said
Tract is shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 59, Pages
13 and 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County;
tnence North 740 29' 0011 East 50 feet to a point; thenoe
tiortherly and Westerly and Southerly 157.08 feet along a
curve, concave to the South, whose center is the point of
beginning, having ~ radius of 50 feet and a central angle

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
o~ers of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOO Dollars (~l.OO).
