O'I:TY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CO~VEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASm1ENT FOR ROAD
~~YBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
~mEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
deBiro~s of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and public

WHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOH, THERFFO>1E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Rowland De Mille and
La Verne_Jl~LM1)..le. husband and ~lf~ _. to sell
to the City of' Anaheim the following described real property
sit~ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
CaU:'ornia, and ;nore partiou.llU'ly desol'ibed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, across, along and through that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, Oounty of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:
The westerly 30.00 feet of the West half of the Southwest
auarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & H.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 240.00 feet and the South
360.00 feet thereof.
bet and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Counoil of the
Ci~y of Anahebn, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner's of said real property, out of Ge1?eral Funds of.the City
