RESOLUTION NO. 3073
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter described real property
for publio purposes, to wit: An easement for PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SPADROM ESTATES. a

e~ty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the following described parcels of land located in
Tract 2401, as shown on maps thereof filed in Book 76,
pages 32 and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of Lot 1 of said
Traot 2401, said point being on the westerly line of an existing
easement and being distant five (5) feet westerly from the
east line of said Lot 1; thence northerly one hundred and
fifteen (115) feet more or less on a line bearing N 00 31'
~5H W to an angle point in said easement line, said angle
point being fifteen (15) feet southerly from the northerly
line of Lot 2 and five (5) feet westerly from the easterly
line of said Lot 2; thence northwesterly along the westerly
line of said easement to a point in the northerly line of
said Lot 2 distant twenty one (21) feet west of the east line
of said Lot 2, said point also being the intersection of the
southerly line of Lot 3 and the westerly line of an existing
easement; thence southerly in a direot line to the point of
oeginning.

ance of said property.
~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
Ci:ty of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
o~ers of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/190 Dollars (~l.OO).
