RESOLUTION NO. 3062 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C,lTY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING mAT A CHANGE OF ZONE IS NECESSARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY AND THAT ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE SHOULD BE AMENDED TO ACCOMPLISH SAID CHANGE OF ZONE. WHEREAS, the City Planning CQmmission of the City of An~eim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution de- claring its intention to ohange the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and desoribed and did fix a time and plaoe tor the holding of a public hearing thereon in the manner an4 as presoribed in Artiole IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Munioipal COde, and did duly hold and oonduot two publio hearings to oonsider suoh proposed ohange of zone or zones and did re- oeive evidenoe and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the final hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly ~nounoe by formal resolution its findings of faots and declare tts opinions and reasons for reoommending an amendment to said 4rtlole IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Munioipal Code to effeot the proposed Changes of the boundaries of the zone hereinafter ~entioned and desoribed; and WHEREAS, upon reoeipt of the report and reoommendation of the City Planning CommiSsion, the City Council did thereupon tlx the 13th day of Dec~ber , 19 55 , as the time Und the Counon Chambers in he City Hall of ~ty of Anaheim .8 the plaoe for a pUblio hearing upon said proposed ohange of zone and did give notioe thereof in the manner and as provided ~ said Artiole IX. Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Munioipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said publio h~aring, the City Counoil did duly hold and oonduct suoh publio h~'r1ng and did give all' persons interested therein an opportu- nity to be heard and did receive evidenoe and reports and did ~8reupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning COmmission; and did oontinue said hearing to January 10, 1956; and WHEREAS, the Oi ty Counci 1 do es find and determine that the property and area proPosed to be ohanged from the zone in which it is now situated to a different zone as hereinafter set forth, is more suitable for the zone or zones to whiCh it is prtoposed to change said Property and area and that the inclusion of said property and area in such new zone or zones will inorease the value of said property and area and will not depreciate the venues of property in adjoining zones. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in th~ Oity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, de- so~ibed as follows, to wit: .......""....
