1952-20349 C RESOLUTION NO. 2034 A RESOLUTION 01 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT D'EE'D CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROP7RTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILIiY PURPOSES WFIEFES, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purcha,in the hereinafter described real property for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim for the sure of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollar; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the C i t y of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Randolph O inlev and Leonora_ T. McKinley, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim the f.o11owine; described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly des- cribed as follows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, alon", under and across a portion of Lot 7 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, as per Jay) filed in -ook 26, pare 10 of ::':iscellaneous Records of Los And eles County, California, said easement described as 30 feet in width and bein 15 feet on each side of tie following des- cribed center line: einninc_• at a point in the center line of :;eadowbrook Place, 50 feet in width, as said street is shown on a Map of Tract No. 1)420 recorded in "Eook 4 C, page 11 of iscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, C`: li:i'crn i.«. said point also being in the South line of said Tract No. 1420; thence South 5 50! 52" East; on the Southerly prof cn,ation of said center line of i:;eadowbrook Place, 163.40 feet; thence North 79 51' L6" West 157.9 -1 feet to a point on the lest line of said Lot 7 of Anaheim. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollar.
