A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM PROVIDING FOR AN OVERHEAD AND ADMINIS:-
TRATIVE COST TO BE ADDED TO ALL MISCELLANEOUS
BILLINGS FOR MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
FURNISHED BY THE CITY.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the cost of handling
6 materials, the cost of manning and use of city equipment, of store-
7 room and bookkeeping costs, and the services furnished by the City
8 to persons, firms and corporations is adding to the costs of the
9 taxpayers of the City of Anaheim; and
10 WHEREAS, the City CoUncil does find and determine that a
11 charge should be made upon all miscellaneous billings for materials,
12 equipment and services to defray the cost of overhead and adminis-
13
14 payers of the City.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
16 City of Anaheim that there shall be added to all miscellaneous
17 billings of the City of Anaheim for materials, equipment and Ber-
n vices a charge of fifteen (15 per cent thereof to cover overhead

trative cost incurred by the City and heretofore paid by the tax-
and administrative costs incurred b' the City for the furnishing
of materials or for the use of materials and equipment and for
services furnished by the City of Anaheim.
