A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE
CITY OD ANAHEIY AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED EY T' CITY
OF ANAHEIM, IVNICH IS NO LONGER NEEDED
FOR. PUBLIC USE.
1,HREAS, the City of Anaheim is now the owner of all that
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
)range, State of California, more particularly hereinafter des-
cribed and set forth; and
'hi-T,I,REAS, the City Council does find and determine that said
property hereinafter described is no longer needed for any public
use by the City of Anaheim and that it would be to the advantage
and for the best interest of the City of Anaheim to sell said
property, and
JT1 the City Council does hereby find and determine
that said property is situated in the 1 -1 Liht T:anufacturing Zone
of the City of Anaheim, and that said
property
should be used for

A tract of land in the City of Anaheim, County of Oranc;e,
State of California, including a portion of the SW of the SE_
of Section 3, Township L South, Range 10 West, S.3.7. H. and
being a portion of Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 56, 57, 5 59 and
60, of the Schaffer-Oswald Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof
filed in Book 7, Page 41, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, and also including a portion of that certain abandoned
Forty foot (40') Street formerly known as Julianna Street, lying
between said Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and said Lots 56, 57, 58,
59, and 60, of said Schaffer-Oswald Subdivision, said tract of
land being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of North
Olive Street and East La Palma Avenue, said corner
being 30.18 feet 'East of the monumented center line
of said North Olive Street and 30 feet North of the
Monumented center line of said East La Palma Avenue;
thence East along the North line of said East La
Palma Avenue a distance of 200 feet to a point;
thence northwardly parallel to the monumented center
line of said North Olive Street a distance of 570
feet to the South line of Julianna Street; thence
West along the South line of said Julianna Street
a distance of 200 feet to a point on the East line
of said North Olive Street; thence "Jouthwardly
along the East line of said North Olive Street a
distance of 570 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2.62 acres, more or less.
The North Olive Street referred to in the above
description is the Olive Street conveyed to the City of Anaheim
by deed recorded February 1, 1926, in Book 625 of Deeds, Page 367,
Orange County Records.
