RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Anaheim
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OFAnaheim
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 2 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State
Highway in the City of Anaheim dated Au .28,1952
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 2 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Anheia that said Amendment Number 2 is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City.
