2 A RESOLUTION OF THF CITY COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING LOCATIONS FOR PARKING
3 METERS PURSUANT TO ORPINANCF NO. 702 AND FIXING
THE TIME FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE OPERATION
4 OF SUCH METERS.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim duly adopted,
6 on the 16th day of July, 1946, Ordinance No. 702 being "An Ordinance
7 of the City of Anaheim Defining and Establishing Parking Meters
8 Zones; Providing for the installation, use and control of Parking
9 Meters; Relating to traffic and regulating use of public streets;
10 Providing for enforcement and penalty for violation thereof.", and
11 WHEREAS, said Ordinance having been duly published as required
12 by law on the 19th day of July, 1946, and said Ordinance having
13 taken effect on the 16th day of August, 1946, and
14 WHEREAS, said Ordinance provid that said Parking Meters
15 shall be installed by the City Engineer in such locations as the
16
City Council of the City of Anaheim shall, by resolution from time
17 to time, determine and order.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
19 City of Anaheim that the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim be,
20 and he is hereby, authorized and directed to install the following
21 number of Parking Meters at the following locations:
22 WEST BROADWAY: Ten (10) meters in the One Hundred (100) block on

West Broadway between South Los Angeles Street and
South Lemon Street to be installed on both sides of
the block, except in the areas now designated as
Fifteen (15) minute parking zones in front of the
United States Post Office.
NORTH CLEMENTINE: Twenty (20) meters to be installed in the One
Hundred (100) block on North Clementine Street
from the alley to Chartres Street.
WEST OAK STREET: Fourteen (14) meters to be installed in the Two
Hundred (200) block on West Oak Street.

WEST CHESTNUT STREET: Eleven (11) meters to be Installed in the
Eleven. Hundred (1100) block on West Chestnut1
30 Street on the North side of the street and
31 Three (3) meters to be installed, on the South
side of the street just North of the West

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the definite locations of the

day of May, 1952, is hereby fixed as the time for the
