5 WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of all that
6 certain real property and premises hereinafter more particularly
described and set forth situated in the City of Anaheim; and
8 WHEREAS, a tentative map has been filed with and approved
9 by the City Council of the City of Anaheim for the subdivision of
10 a parcel of land known and designated as Tract No. 1544; and
11 WHEREAS, in order to provide access to said Tract No.
12 1544, it is necessary to extend Damon Street westerly from Pythias
13 Street to said tract; and
14 WHEREAS, in order to extend said. Damon Street from
15 Pythias Street to said tract, it is necessary to provide an ease-
16 went for street and highway purposes upon, over and across a por-
17 tion of the property hereinafter described no owned by the
18 City of Anaheim;and
19 WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the
20 public interest and necessity requires the dedication of the
21 southerly sixty feet (60 of the property hereinafter described
22 for street and highway purposes.
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
24 the City of Anaheim that there be and there is hereby dedicated
25 to public use for street and highway purposes an easement upon,
26 over and across the southerly sixty feet (60 of the following
27 described real property and oremises situated in the City of
28 Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
29 Lot 3 of Anaheim Investment Company's
Tract in the City of Anaheim, County
:30 of Orange, State of California, as
per mat thereof recorded in Book 7,
31 pages 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of said County;

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING AN EASEMENT
UPON, OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN REAL PROP-
ERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sub dividers of said
Tract No. 1544 be, and they are, hereby authorized to improve
3;', said southerly sixty feet (60') of said property as a street in
4 accordance with the ordinances of the City of Anaheim and the
5 specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim.
6 THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
7 this 13t4 day of May, 1952.
