3 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has canvassed the re-
4 turns of a certain special annexation election held on the 22nd day of April, 1952,
5 .n certain unincorporated territory sought to be annexed to said City of Anaheim;
6 and
7 WHEREAS, said City Council has caused a record to be made of the canvass
8 of returns of said election, which record is entitled RECORD OF CANVASS OF RETURNS
9 OF SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION, HELD APRIL 22, 1952;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI:
11 that said record of canvass of returns of said election be, and the same is hereb
12 ''ordered entered upon the Minutes of said City Council.
