A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AITAHEI AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTIT
REAL PROPERTY TO THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR A
MUNICIPAL COURT SITE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is acquiring the hereinafter
described real property, together with other real property situated.
corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, Orange County,
California, and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange is desirous of purchasing from
the City of Anaheim that portion of said property more particularly
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that the
portion of said property which the County of Orange is desirous of
acquiring at the present time is not now needed for other public
interest of the City of Anaheim, and for the people residin in
said City and surrounding area, and would be a beneficial public
use of said property, and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has offered to )urchase the
hereinafter described real property for the sum of :7,256.94,
eas4, lawful money in the United States of America.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of the County of Orange to purchase,
for the sum of .7,253.94, cash, lawful money in the U 0- nited nuates
of America, all that certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more partic-
