1952-1921WHEREAS, heretofore the necessity of providing the City of
Newport Beach use of the ocean outfall for disposal of sewage pro—
duced in the City was recognized and in order to do so, land dis-
posal of sewage from the inland Cities and Sanitary Districts would
become necessary during periods of peak flow;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the agreement between
the City of Newport Beach and the Cities and Sanitary Districts of
the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer is hereby approved and the
Mayor Proi Tem_ and Qity Clerk ef, jhe
are hereby authorized

and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim
