NOW, TRS REFORV BS IT ABSOLVXD by the City Council of City of Anaheim that it does hereby dealere its intention of leasing the subsurface of real property and premises hereinabove mentioned nd desoribed lying below a depth of 200 feet, for the esploration for and the production of oil, gas and other hydro- carbon substanees by means of slant drilling, from a surface loca- tion or looations to be designated by the City Council of the City of knaheim as provided in City Ordinance NO. 788, which location or locations will not substantially interfere with tbe use of such property for any publio purpose and partioularly with its use for park, highway, etreet, walk or playground purposes. AND BE IT FURTHOR RISOLVOD that a public meeting be held by the City Counoil on the 20th day of February, 1952, at which meetino sealed proposals to lease the hereinabove described property will be received and oostdered.
