RESOLUTION NO. 1910
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF AN NASENENT ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY EIGHT
FEET OF LOT 10, TRACT 1071 AS SHOWN ON THE MAP
RECORDED IN BOOK 34 PAGE 39 OF Misc.
MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim, a munici-
pal corporation of the State of California, did on the .27'th day
of December, 1951, pass its Ordinance No. 792, entitled "AN
ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TO VACATE AN EASEMENT ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY FIGHT FEET
OF LOT 10, TRACT 1071 AS SHOVN ON THE MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 34
PAGE 39 OP Misc. MAPS, RECORDS 07 ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, AND FIXING A. TIME AND PLACE FOR A. HEARING THEREON AND
DIRECTING THT POSTING OF NOTICES THEREOF AND THE PUBLICATION OF
THIS ORDINANCE," whereby it declared its intention to vacate an
easement across the Southerly eight feet of Lot 10, Tract 1071
as shown on the map recorded in Book _14 0 page 39 of
19 Misc. Maps, Records of Orange County, California; and
20 WHEREAS, said City Council, in said Ordinance, referred to
21 a map on file in the office of the City Clerk for further particulars
22 as to the proposed vacation and abandonment of said easement; and
23 WHEREAS, said City Council did by said Ordinance fix
24 the 22=1 day of 19 42 at the hour of 8
awl-nary
25 o'clock P.M. in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the time
26 and place for a public hearing on the matter of such vacation and
27 abandonment and use of said easement for all persons interested in
28
or objecting to such vacation and abandonment to appear end show
29 cause, if any they have, why such easement should not be vacated
30 and abandoned; and

WHEREAS, said Ordinance was published on December 2ith
19 51, in the Anaheim Bulletin, s newspaper of general circulation,

printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, Orange
County, California; and
WHEREAS, by said. Ordinance said City Council directed that
notices, the passage of said Ordinance and of time and place of the
hearing on the matter of such vacation and abandonment and use of
said easement be posted conspicuously along the line of said ease-
ment not more than 300 feet apart and not less than three such
notices should be posted; and
WHp,REAS, George E. Holyoke, City Engineer and. Superintendent
WHEREAS, said City Council did on dant,ary 22nd,
1952 at 8:00 otclock P.M. at said City Hall conduct a public
hearing on the matter of whether said easement across the southerly
eight feet of Lot 10, Tract 1071 as shown on the map recorded in
Book 34 Page 39 of Misc. Maps, records of
Orange County, California, should be vacated, and at said hearing
did hear evidence thereon.
NOW, THER" FORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY 0 ANAHEIM:
1. That it finds the recitals hereinbefore set forth in
this resolution to be true.
2. That it finds from all of the evidence submitted that
said easement across the hereinafter described property is un-
necessary for present or prospective public purposes.
3. That it does hereby order that said easement across
the hereinafter described property be, and it is hereby, vacated.
4. That said ease ent ordered vacated is that certain
easement described in said Ordinance No. 792 and is situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California and
321 is more particularly described as follows:
