A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING A FREEWAY AGREEMENT BE-
TWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, (ROUTE 5 FREEWAY AT BROOKHURST
STREET INTERCHANGE).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of California
have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated August 31,
1971, relating to the portion of Route 5 Freeway, State Highway
Road 07-0ra-5, between 0.3 mile southeast of Brookhurst Street
and 0.1 mile northwest of La Palma Avenue; and
l~EREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the
following revision is desirable, to wit:
Provide for realignment of Sequoia Avenue as shown
on the attached print labeled Exhibit A, dated
July 13, 1972, and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it concur in and approve of and it hereby
concurs in and approves of the proposed revision set forth here-
inabove, it being understood that a revised freeway agreement
incorporating said revision is to be entered into at some future
date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 1st day of August, 1972.
