A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE I:' 1 AUTHORIZINC Al'JD DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN AMEND-
~mNT TO UTILITIES AGREEHENT NO. 7Ut-3916 WITH
THE STATE OF CALIFOP~IA.
WHEP~AS, in connection with relocation work necessitated
by the construction of the Riverside Freeway, Road 07-0ra-91
9.2/18.9, from Route 55/91 Interchange to Riverside County Line,
the Division of Highways of the State of California has submitted
an Amendment to utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-3916; and
WHEREAS, sa~d agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in all
respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anahe~~ to enter into said Amendment
to Utilities Agre~nent with the State of California.
NON " 'I'HEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Pillaheim that the t,layor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City of Anaheim that certain Amendment to Utilities
Agreement ~lo. 7Ut-3916 designated Road 07--0ra-91 9.2/18.9, from
Route 55/91 Interchange to Riverside County Line between the City
of Anaheim and the State of California.
