RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 324

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING PAY}ffiNT FOR VALUATION
INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH EDISON CONDEM-
NATION NO.7.
miEREAS, by agreement heretofore made between the
City of Anaheim and Southern California Edison Company, the
Edison Company is furnishing to the City of Anaheim its summary
of valuations in connection with Edison Condemnation No.7;
and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides for payment by the
City to Edison of one-half of the cost of such valuation
information, the total of which amounted to $38,370; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to acquire such valuation
information in accordance with said previous agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it authorize and it does hereby
authorize the issuance of Purchase Requisition No. 6800
(Purchase Order No. E7820 for identification) to Southern
California Edison Company in the amount of $19,185.00 and that
the same be charged to Account No. 350-527-937.01 (27-921).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is aporoved and signed by me
