A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM EXTENDING THE TIME TO BID ON PUBLIC
DIPROVEIvtENT TO WIT; THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF
COURSE SNACK SHOP AND RESTROOM FACILITY, IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, WORK ORDER NO. 1510, TO
AUGUST 3, 1972.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 72R-278, passed July 5,
1972, bids were invited for the construction of the Anaheim Hills
Golf Course snack shop and restroom facility in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, insufficient time was given to facilitate
bidding on the same; and
WtlEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
extend time of bidding thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that sealed proposals for the construction
of the Anaheim Hills Golf Course snack shop and restroom facility
in the City of Anaheim, Work Order No. 1510 will be opened and
considered on the 3rd day of August, 1972, rather than on the
date originally scheduled therefor.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
