A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 71R-409,
NUNC PRO TUNC, BY CORRECTING THE DESCRIPTION
OF THE PROPERTY INVOLVED.
WHEREAS, on September 14, 1971, the City Council passed
Resolution No. 71R-409 and through inadvertence and clerical
error, the legal description of the property therein was incor-
rectly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and determines that it
is in the best interests of the City to correct said Resolution
No. 71R-409, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the proper legal description
of the property upon which action was taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend
Resolution No. 71R-409, nunc pro tunc, by correcting the legal
description set forth therein by adding thereto the following:
That portion of the land described as Parcel 9A in that
certain Final Order of Condemnation, Case No. 159981, in
the Superior Court of the State of California for the
County of Orange, a certified copy of which was recorded
Decenilier 26, 1968, in Book 8828, page 295 of Official
Records, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of the land described
in deed to the State of California, recorded JUly 1, 1968,
in Book 8646, page 340 of Official Records, records of
Orang~ County, California; thence along the Northeasterly
prolon~ation of the Southeasterly line of said last
mentioned land North 560 49' 36" East 229.82 feet; thence
North 520 06' 09" East 404.48 feet; thence North 530 58'
44" East 257.07 feet; thence South 10 18' 15" East 212.24
feet; thence South 690 57' 15" West 759.31 feet to the
Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of said last
mentioned land of the State of California; thence along
said Southerly prolongation North 00 41' 33" East 9.94
feet to the point of beginning.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this Resolution, Resolution No. 7lR-409 shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of July, 1972.
