Agreement with the City aated May 26, 1947, authorized by Order of
the Public Utilities Commission of the :Htit e of Celifornia dated
June 28, 1947, (Decision No. 40484, Seventh Supplemental Applica-
tion No. 26791 and First Supplemental Application No. 26861), a
portion of ishieh said energy is utilized by City and the balance
thereof resold by City and distributed by City over its distribu-
tion system; and
WHEREAS, th rates being cearged ity for 60-cycle
lectric energy and aervico being supplied by City by the Southern
California Edison Company under said rvice Agreement and said
Fupplemental Service Agreement induce a :7,urcharee in an amount
qual to ten per cent (10%) of each ntort1y bill rendered by tbe
Southern California Tdiaon Company to City for electric energy
and service supplied to tee City by said Southern California Edison
)ompany to compensate the Southern California Edison Company for its
incr sed costa in furnishine and delivering 60-cycle electric energ

force end effect.

Public Utilities Commission of the State of California, an d shall
at all times be subject to such chspges or modiflootions as said
Commission may from time to time direct in the exercise of its
jurisdiction.
AW IF IT MITE' RFSOLVIT, that the agreement hereto
attached and all of the tome end conditions therein set forth be,
and the same ere hereby, approved end that the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim be, end they are hereby, authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
