A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEDI CONSENTING TO A CHANGE OF BOUNDARY
LINE BETWEEN THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE AND THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Garden Grove has requested approval
of a minor boundary relocation between the City of Garden Grove
and the City of Anaheim,; and
tiHEREAS, the boundaries of the territory proposed to be
detached from the City of Anaheim and annexed to the City of
Garden Grove are described as follows, to wit;
Commencing at a point in the common boundary line between
the cities of Anaheim and Garden Grove, in the County of
Orange, State of California, said point described as-' the
southwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 28, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, per City of Garden Grove Resolu-
t~on No. 540 and City of Anaheim Resolution No. 4654;
thence South 00 42' OS" East along the common boundary line
of the City of Anahe~m per "South Anaheim AnnexationU and
C~ty of Garden Grove per "Incorporation Boundary" 100.97
feet to the northeast corner of Lot 20, Tract No. 2026 as
shown on map recorded in Book 108, pages 17 and 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said
County and the true point of beginning; thence leaving
said COmltlOn boundary line and along the northerly line of
said Lot 20 South 890 17' 55" West 35 feet to the westerly
line of the easterly 35 feet of said Lot, thence along said
westerly llne South 00 42' 05" East 72.00 feet to the
souther Iv llne of said Lot, thence alono said souther Iv
line North 890 17' 55" East 35 feet to said common boundary
line thence along sai6 co~~on boundary line North 00 42'
04" West 72.00 feet to said true point of beginning.
