A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PARSONS ENTER-
PRISES WITH REFERENCE TO SELF-SERVICE LOCKER
SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim, through its Department
of Parks and Recreation, desires to make lockers available in
the dressing rooms adjacent to the swimming pool at Pearson
Park for use of the public during the summer vacation season
each year; and
WHEREAS, Parsons Enterprises, Darrell Parsons, sole
owner, desires to enter into an agreement with the City whereby
it will install and maintain sufficient lockers at no cost to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City to permit Parsons Enterprises to
furnish such lockers and to assume all obligations in connection
therewith, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a
form of agreement this day submitted to the City Council to be
made and entered into between the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to
the City Council to be made and entered into by and between
the City and Parsons Enterprises, Darrell parsorts, sole owner,
providing for the installation and operation by Parsons Enter-
prises of a self-service locker service at Pearson Park and such
other locations as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties,
upon the terms and conditions and for the term set forth in said
agreement, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are, hereby authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of July , 1972.
