RESOLUTION NO. 72R-284
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND MIKE TAUSIG, AN INDIVI-
DUAL .
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Choral Festival Director having as his primary
duty the direction of the Fourth Annual Anaheim Choral Festival
for the Anaheim Parks and Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, MIKE TAUSIG, an individual, is capable of
rendering such service and desires to be employed for such purpose;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it would be in the best interests of the City to accept said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of said agree-
ment be, and they are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
