RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 282
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AN AGREE-
MENT WITH H. HAROLD ELY WITH REFERENCE TO
FURNISHING EXPERT HANDWRITING ANALYSIS.
WHEREAS, City and Contractor have heretofore entered
into an agreement in connection with the furnishing by Contractor
of expert handwriting analysis; and
WHEREAS, City has need of a qualified expert to analyze
documents and to render opinions in this specialized field; and
WHEREAS, the second amendment to said agreement varies
the terms of said agreement by increasing the compensation and
extending the term thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that it would be
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to enter into said
agreement with H. Harold Ely.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim. .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
