RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF EASEMENT
FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES AND ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE
THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring an easement upon, over and across the herein-
after described real property for public purposes, to wit: con-
structing and maintaining a drain; and
WHEREAS, theowners of said property have offered to conve
an easement upon, over and across said hereinafter described real
property to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and acquire an easement upon, over and across
said real property:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Ed L. fund and Agnes J. Hund,
husband and wife, to convey to the City Of Anaheim an easement
over, under and across the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for drainage purposes over the South 6 feet
of that portion of Lot 39 of "Anaheim Extension", as
shown on a Map made by Wm. Hamel and filed in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 39 and
running thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said
lot, 111.8 feet; thence Easterly, parallel with the
Southerly line of said lot, 590 feet; thence Southerly,
parallel with the Westerly line of said lot, 111.8 feet
to a point in the Southerly line of said lot; thence
Westerly along said Southerly line, 590 feet to the point
of beginning.
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim on this day of August, 1951, and that the City of
Anaheim accept a conveyance of said easement, and that the City

Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to record said
deed of conveyance in the office of the County Recordezi of Orange
County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was approved and signed by me
this day of August, 1951.
