RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 07 THP CITY OF
ANAH7IM AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OP EASEMENT
70P CONSTRUCTING, OPERATING ANfl MAINTAINING
PUBLIC UTILITIES ANT ALLFY PURPOSES AT ACCEPT-
ING CONVEYANCE THEREOF.
7 the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring an easement across the hereinafter described
real property for public purposes to-wit: ThnstructinF, operating
and maintaining public utilities Fine alleys; and
"HTREAS, the owners of saiu property have offered to con-
vey an e asement across said hereinafter described real pronerty to
the City of Anaheim; and
WErREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit ma best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and acquire an easement across said real property;
THERBEOR BE TT REgOLTT") by the 'ity Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Raymond F. Klein and Irene C. M.
husband and wife, to c env-7 to the City of Anaheim an easerren
across the following descrlbed real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, Stste of California, and more particularl
describeu as follows:
An easenent for the construction, operation and
maintenance 01 public utilities and alley purposes
across tae northerly 9 feet of the South 201 feet of
the North 4 81.6 feet of the West 226 fret of the Past
320 feet of Lot 12 of Miles Rancho in the City of
Anaheim, as per :map thereof recorded in Book 4,
page 7, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County
said North 481.6 feet oeinl, measured to the center
line of Homneye rive, as shown on said map;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted. by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim on this 14th day of August 1951, and
that the City of Anaheioi accept e conveyance of said ease-neet, and
that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and directed. to
record said deed of conveyance in he office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, Oalifornia.
