THERFOF.
''HFRFAS, the City Couxcil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring an easement ever, under and across the here-
inafter described real property for public purposes, to-wit: Con-
structing, operatin and nainteining public utilities; and
7 the owners of said property have offered to c on-
vey an easement over, under Pnd across said hereinafter described
real property to the City of Anaheim; and
wHEREAS, the City 3ouncil of the ity of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit ]d )est interest of the 7Ity of Anaheim
to accept sntd offer and aceuire an easement over, under and across
said real property;
TH-RE FF I T by the City Council of the
,ity of Anaheim that the offer of Jus Leander and ierion C. Leander
husband and wife, to convey to the City of Anaheim an easement
over, under and across the following described real rroperty
situated in the City of Pnahein, County of ?renLe, of Cali-
fornia, and more particularl describe es follows:
An easement for the censtruction,operation and
maintenance of public utilities over, under and
across the Southerly twelve (12) feet of the
Lesterly 387.91 feet of the West one-half of
the Northeast one-euarter of the fractional
section 3, Township 4 L-cutn, RanFe 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim on this Vitt clay of
Augus t
1951, and that
the City of Anaheim aecept 8. conveyance of said eeseent, and that
the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, euthor eed and directed to
record said deed of cenveyance in the office of the eounty Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
