RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO? OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE AC OE EASEMENT
FOR STORM TRAIN PURPOSES AND ACCEPTING CONVFY-
ANCE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City 8ouncil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring an easement upon, over and across the he'ein-
after described real property for public purposes, to wit: construe
ting and rmaintaining a storm drain, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to conve
an easement upon, over and across said hereinafter described real
property to the City of Anaheim, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and acquire an easement upon, over and across sa
real property:
NSW, THREFORF, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0E THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, that the offer of Jerry C. Dolan and Agnes C.
Dolan, husband and wife, to convey to the City of Anaheim an ease-
ment upon, over and across the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the construction of a ten inch (10
concrete pipe storm drain across the Easterly five (5)
feet of the Southerly 308.21 feet of Lot 11, Miles
Rancho, as recorded in Book 4, Page 7, of Miscella-
neous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of Cali-
fornia, with the right of ingress and egress for the
maintenance and repairs.
Said storm -drain easement is hereby granted for the
exclusive and sole use of subdividion land known as
"Park View Manor" and further described in Shinn Home
Bldrs. City of Anaheim Tract Plans #1326, Approved
Aug. 21, 1950.

ground.
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim on this 12thday of June, 1951, and that the ity of
Anaheim accept a conveyance of said easement.
