RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 270
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-22.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72R-22 declared that certain
property described therein be excluded from R-A, Agricultural
Zone, and incorporated in C-l, General Commercial Zone; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
legal description of the area to be rezoned was improperly
stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct such clerical error nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 72R-22 be, and the
same is hereby, amended nunc pro tunc to correctly state the
legal description of the property to be rezoned C-l, General
Commercial Zone to read as follQws, to wit:
That 2.3l-acre parcel located west of Harbor Boulevard
and north of La Palma Avenue beginning at the inter-
section of the center line of La Palma Avenue and Harbor
Boulevard; thence North 150 22' 07" West 251.60 feet;
thence South 890 39' 10" West 46.59 feet to the point
of beginning; thence South 890 39' 10" West 535.81 feet;
thence South 00 20' 10" East 50.00 feet; thence SQuth
890 39' 10" West 45.00 feet; thence North 00 20' 10"
West 227.00 feet; thence North 890 39' 10" East 537.00
feet; thence South 00 20' 10" East 13.68 feet; thence
South 150 22' 07" East 168.95 feet to the point of
beginning.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of June, 1972.
