RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 267

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT NO
PROTESTS, EITHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, WERE MADE
IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS CON-
TEMPLATED TO BE MADE BY THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
UNDER THE STREET LIGHTING ACT OF 1931 - STREET
LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 1967-1-B.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on May 23, 1972, adopt
Resolution No. 72R-201 setting the 27th day of June, 1972, at
the hour of 1:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and place when
and where any and all persons having any objections to the pro-
posed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Maintenance District
1967-1-B, might appear and show cause why the proposed improve-
ments should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the 27th
day of June, 1972; and
WHEREAS, no protests, either written or oral, were made
in the proceedings for the improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that no pro-
tests, either written or oral, were made at said hearing held
on June 27, 1972, in the proceedings for certain contemplated
improvements to be made by the City under the Street Lighting
Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Maintenance District 1967-1-B.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of June, 1972.
