A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIf1 FINDING AND DETE~INING THAT NO
PROTESTS WERE MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN INHAB~TED TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AS KATHRYN-LINDSAY
At'\1NEXATION.
WHEREAS, in connection with the annexation of inhabited
territory to the City of Anaheim, heretofore designated by the
City Council to be the Kathryn-Lindsay Annexation, the City Council
did fix the 27th day of June, 1972, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. at
the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim, as
the day, hour and place where the City Council would hear protests
made by the owner or owners of any real property within the terri-
tory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published by the City
Clerk in the manner required by law and said hearing was held on
said date; and
WHEREAS, no one appeared at said hearing to protest said
proposed annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it finds and declares and it does so find and
declare that no protests were made at said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and si9ned by me
this 27th day of June, 1972.
