A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2374.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by DOMINICK and
NELLIE PRENO, Owners, was received, a public hearing before the
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due
and proper notice as a result of which Variance No. 2374 was
denied covering the following described property:
The North 66 feet of the South 528 feet of the West
330 feet of the Southwest quar'ter of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, in
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 51, page-ll, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County. EXCEPT the Westerly
92.00 feet thereof.
WHEREAS, thereafter, wi thin the time prescribed by
law an interested party or the City Council on its own motion
caused the review of said Planning Conunission action at a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result
thereof, the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. That there is no substantial property right possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone and
denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately
developed and used under the present zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Variance be and the same is hereby
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of June, 1972.
