1951-183221 22 24 26 27 28 30 31 2 31 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 231 1 RESOLUTION NO. 1832 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AS CONTRACTING AGENT FOR THE CITIES OF ANAHEIM, FULLERTON AND ORANGE AND THE BUENA PARK, GARDEN GROVE, LA HABRA AND PLACENTIA SANITARY DISTRICTS AUTHORIZING, APPROVING AND RATIFYING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FIELD PARTIES TO 3E FURNISHED BY DON HILLYARD. WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Anaheim as con- tracting agent for the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange and the Buena Park, Garden Grove and. La Habra and. Placentia has hereto- fore adopted Resolution No. 1815 employing Nat H. Neff as Chief Engineer in charge of surveying and inspection during the construc- tion of the 7agnolia Trunk Sewer and Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the public interest, 'necessity and convenience requires the employment of additional engineers, surveyors and other persons to enable said. Nat H. Neff to carry out and perform fully and adequately the work of inspecti and surveying said. Magnolia Trunk Sewer Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has heretofore adopted. Resolution No. 1819 authorizing the said Nat H. Neff to employ from time to time such additional persons to assist him in carrying out and performing the work in surveying and inspec— ting as may be reasonably necessary to enable him to adequately carry out and perform said work subject to the approval of the City Engineer and the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it has beuel, neces- sary for the said Nat H. Neff to employ field parties to be ±urn- ished by Don Hillyard for the sum of $88.00 per day and that the employment of such field parties and the compensation therefore are reasoneble and necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BN IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that the employment of field parties from the 1- end Pumping Plant and.
